With the mini mould holder (sold separately) you can easily secure the mould and remove excess with precision.

How to use:

Step 1: Put a small amount of fondant in the mould and press in. You can use a light dust of cornflour if you wish.
Step 2: Scrape excess fondant off. For ease of use purchase our mini mould holder to secure it in place and make it easier to hold.
Step 3: Flip mould over onto the back of a silicone mould or silicone mat. Press firmly with your thumbs and this acts as a suction to remove it from mould. 
Step 4: Dust the lifter tool in our mini mould kit with cornflour to prevent the design from sticking to this and slide the corner under the design to transfer it to your cookie
